Applications of BBa_K1943005

After we constructed this part, we transformed it into BL21 to test the expression efficiency. Meanwhile, we did a comparison with another part only whose promoter+RBS combination differs.

Expression test of BBa_K1943005

We spread the plate for DH5α at 1:20am on 14th, Oct. The plate contains chloramphenicol. Following photo were taken every several hours after placing the plates into a 37℃ incubator. K1943005 is in the bottom-left corner in each photo.
